The prices noted here are basic packages. Deviation from the standard services should be handled with a detailed quote, provided free of charge when you contact us.

Sound Reinforcement
Pricing for SR is based on the equipment used, the labor involved, the duration of the event, and the travel expenses for the event. Since every event is different, and we customize the sound experience for each venue, standard pricing is not available. Please contact us for a price estimate.
Our pricing model is not arbitrary. To come up with a price, we first design a custom sound setup depending on the venue, the number of guests, and the music/sound style. Once we have in mind what equipment to use, we start the pricing at 3% of the cost of the original equipment. We then add in labor at $25-50 per hour, depending on the man-power necessary to set up the gig. On top of that, we add in any expenses such as travel.
In brief, our pricing is the sum of three factors:
- Total equipment used
- Labor
- Expenses
Disc Jockey
DJ services start at $100 per hour. This price will include up to four speakers; a small mixer system with computer sound and compact discs; and will feature a small lighting system with up to four lights. Minimum event duration is 4 hours, so the minimum DJ price is $400 for all that is described herein.
Live Recording
If you hire us for live sound reinforcement, our recording service is provided free of charge. We will deliver to you a raw WAV file format of the recording. To master to CD or MP3/FLAC format, we charge a flat rate of $25 plus $1.00 for each additional CD.
To record without using our live sound reinforcement service, we charge $25 per hour duration of the event plus $1.00 for each extra copy of the CD. Please contact us for details and logistics of recording your audio without the advantage of our sound reinforcement service.
